When and how did you get into the Solana art scene?

I started minting NFTs of my old artworks on Tezos in April 2021. Since then Iʼve been looking for a suitable chain & marketplace to mint the more recent and top tier pieces. I was really careful with where I mint my arts because they will live on my selected chain forever. I can only mint them once in my lifetime, so itʼs a big decision for me.

Then I got introduced to Solana in August ‘21 by a friend. Spent few months studying the Solana chain, got very bullish with the tech and vision. Another friend introduced me to Holaplex in October. Which plays a huge part on my decision to go Solana, because I finally found a truly decentralised marketplace that allows me to customise my store and fulfilling my vision to exhibit my artworks on a red background. I then joined a few Solana art discord server, fell in love with the art-centric community. And finally minted my Solana Genesis piece in December 2021, kicking off my Master Collection 2022 monthly drop.

Which pieces from your gallery stand out to you and why?

This is hard to answer because I love them all. But iʼd say the series by @Baculum_art were the first time I feel like Iʼve scored the perfect pieces for my collection. I bought 4 pieces out of the 5 pieces collection! The artist is a very talented sculptor and he collaborated with a photographer to create this amazing sculpture + photography series made to look like classical still-life paintings. High quality, thoughtful and very underated collection.
